Experteer Overview As Logistics Lead Engineer, you will oversee the planning, installation and operation of automated production systems at a new manufacturing site. You will ensure the project meets Nestlé Purina quality and safety standards while driving Lean improvements and cost-efficient delivery. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate logistics automation with manufacturing operations and to hand over capital projects. Retribuzione / Benefits Oversee design, commissioning and operation of automated warehouse systems and ensure alignment with quality standards
Rectify quality issues promptly and involve the responsible manager

Apply Lean engineering to improve material flow and reduce waste
Manage project budget and track expenditures for cost-effective automation projects
Troubleshoot and elevate bottlenecks with proactive problem solving

Promote cross‐functional collaboration and continuous day‐to‐day improvements
Responsabilità 2+ years of hands‐on automation project experience in warehousing (ASRS, AGVs, high‐bay storage, conveyors) in food/manufacturing
Strong machine safety knowledge (ISO/OSHA) for automated machinery
CAPEX budget management experience with Lean methodologies
Results‐oriented, fast‐paced, problem‐solving mindset
Fullfillment Center operations experience
Foundational knowledge of logistics, electrical engineering, automation controls (PLCs/SCADA/WMS/WCS) and digital manufacturing
Cultural leadership and ethics; promotes healthy, inclusive teams
Fluency in English; Italian a plus
