Experteer Overview As EHS Safety Engineer you will support Italy-based teams and manage Health & Safety Protection services for the Agrate site, with involvement in Catania and international projects. You will develop and implement HSE programs to assess and minimize risks to employees, the environment, and the community. You will act as a liaison with regulators, investigate incidents, and drive continuous safety improvements. This role offers an opportunity to shape safety programs in a global company and contribute to responsible operations. You will work closely with site management and cross‐functional teams to achieve EH&S; objectives. Advise country management on safety issues and develop prevention strategies Report safety performance and progress against EH&S; metrics Ensure projects meet EH&S; objectives and provide updates/escalation as needed Stay updated on EH&S; legislation and implement applicable improvements Collaborate with site management and customers to drive EHS programs Responsibilities Experience in managing HSE programs across manufacturing sites Ability to investigate incidents and apply root cause analysis methods (preferred) Strong liaison skills with local/regional/national regulatory authorities Proactive in developing prevention and protection strategies and improving performance Experience reporting EH&S; metrics and driving compliance across sites Knowledge of current health and safety regulations and environmental technology advancements Willingness to travel up to 20% Team collaboration with site functions and management Qualifications Experience in managing HSE programs across manufacturing sites Ability to investigate incidents and apply root cause analysis methods (preferred) Strong liaison skills with local/regional/national regulat
