This executive will play a critical role in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management, providing strategic guidance to the leadership team and ensuring the companys financial health. The ideal candidate is a data-driven, business-oriented finance leader with experience in the retail sector and a strong track record of optimizing financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the companys growth objectives while ensuring long-term profitability.
Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, ensuring strong financial discipline.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board.
Lead cost optimization and efficiency initiatives, ensuring profitability across all business channels (retail, e-commerce,

wholesale).
Manage and optimize financial reporting, accounting, tax compliance, and internal controls in alignment with regulatory requirements.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, investors, auditors, and external stakeholders.
Oversee risk management, ensuring financial sustainability and mitigating potential business risks.
Support M&A; activities, fundraising, and investment strategies when necessary.
Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to align financial goals with overall business performance.
Implement and leverage financial technology tools to enhance efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
Proven experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Senior Finance Executive in the retail or consumer goods industry.
Strong expertise in financial planning, P&L; management, and cost optimization.
Solid understanding of accounting principles
