Overview
We invite passionate individuals to join our team as a Sales Support at our Lainate (MI) office. The role focuses on drafting technical‐commercial proposals for a variety of clients (EPC, Public Utility, Industry, etc.) related to submerged pumps and integrated solutions developed in collaboration with partners and external suppliers within complex projects.
Responsibilities
Interpret customer requests accurately, whether received directly or via a Sales Engineer, by analyzing applications and technical specifications.
Manage client requests, providing timely responses and resolving any issues or doubts.
Provide technical product information and support troubleshooting activities.
Identify and configure the most suitable technical‐commercial solution using calculation tools, configuration tools, quoting systems, and CRM, coordinating with internal functions as needed.
Prepare commercial offers and related technical sizing, including sizing for non‐complex applications.
Highlight product features and benefits, emphasizing value for the customer.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Engineer throughout the process to ensure effective coordination between the client and internal company functions.
Participate in kick‐off meetings when required, ensuring consistent information flow and technical‐commercial support throughout all project phases.
Support the commercial team in operational and administrative tasks, including data management and entry.
Monitor and update client and opportunity information within the CRM system.
Maintain professional and positive client relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
