Overview As a Governance & Technical Advisory Consultant, you help clients drive complex digital transformations while ensuring solid IT governance. You work within the Customer & Operations team to bridge technology and business needs through IT architecture advisory and PMO governance. You will shape governance frameworks, monitor project performance, and lead cross-functional delivery with stakeholders. This role combines technical rigor with advisory impact in a dynamic, inclusive firm that values growth and knowledge sharing. Benefits Design and implement IT Governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 38500) Provide technical advisory on IT architectures across infrastructure and applications Define, establish, and evolve PMO models for complex, multi-stakeholder portfolios Develop methodologies to monitor, report, and control project performance against KPIs, milestones,
and budgets Drive digital process improvement by translating business requirements into IT solutions Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage senior stakeholders Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and thought leadership Responsibilities Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM disciplines 2+ years in IT consulting, Governance, PMO, or related advisory roles Proven knowledge of IT architectures across infrastructure and application domains Solid knowledge of PMO methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/Sa Fe) Understanding of IT Governance frameworks and standards (COBIT, ITIL, ISO) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Italian and English Key Qualifications Inclusive and equitable work environment Hybrid work arrangements Advanced training and development programmes International mindset and projects Well-being initiatives Flexible work culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
