Experteer Overview As an SRE Specialist with a development focus, you partner with software teams to bake reliability, scalability, and observability into products from design. You will govern SLOs/SLIs and enforce quality gates in CI/CD, acting as a quality gate and strategic advisor. You'll lead post-incident learning, design chaos testing, and drive toil reduction to improve developer efficiency. This role shapes resilient software delivery within a modern cloud-native stack at ING. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate engineering practices and product reliability. Retribuzione / Benefits Define and enforce SLOs/SLIs and error budgets across development teams Collaborate with software architects to ensure reliability, scalability,
