Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the strategy and commercial performance of Pay Pal's consumer loyalty program in Italy, a fast‐growing strategic initiative. You will drive market outcomes and coordinate across local commercial, partnerships, product, marketing, and financial services teams to shape program evolution. You will manage cross‐functional execution, partnerships, and regional product/tech strategies while guiding the roadmap and key performance metrics. This is a chance to influence loyalty at scale within an international payments ecosystem. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and define the country‐level portfolio strategy aligned with local product priorities Coordinate hands‐on execution of local and global cross‐functional initiatives Remove obstacles to strategy execution through escalations and change implementation Collaborate to set priorities based on global commercial product strategy Identify opportunities and negotiate new partnerships Engage with ongoing partners to improve relationships and efficiency Define market‐specific product and technology strategies Oversee delivery of key product and platform infrastructures and stakeholder communication Set strategic direction and roadmap to improve product experience and business metrics Responsabilità 8+ years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Experience leading or scaling a consumer loyalty, rewards, or membership program Background in fintech, payments, e‐commerce, or consumer financial services Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes in a matrixed environment Familiarity with the Italian payments or retail loyalty landscape Strong analytical fluency incl. incrementality, cohort analysis, and A/B testing Experience managing local market execution within a global program or platform Requisiti fondamentali comprehensive benefits package generous paid time off healthcare coverage for you and family financial security resources wellbeing support b
