You act as the local product expert, aligning product, sales, and market insights to unlock growth and strengthen market position. You will shape compelling value propositions, lead launches, and ensure regulatory and certification readiness. This role thrives in a cross‐functional setting, representing Eaton at events and engaging stakeholders to translate technical excellence into customer value. Retribuzione / Benefits Own full product lifecycle: market analysis, selection, pricing, launch, end‐of‐life Define pricing, positioning, and service offerings for competitiveness and profitability Lead new product launches and go‐to‐market execution with Sales Drive local strategy with regulatory compliance and product certification Leverage Voice of Customer and market data to guide strategy and development Monitor competition and contribute to local growth plans Support and localize marketing campaigns and enable Sales with tools and training Act as local product expert and point of contact; represent Eaton in industry forums and events Responsabilità Degree in Engineering, Electrical Studies, Marketing, or related field 5+ years in MV/LV switchgear across product marketing, product management, or technical roles Strong market expertise in Italy, with deep understanding of customers, channels, and competitive dynamics Proven business acumen including pricing strategy, financial planning, and revenue growth ownership Solid technical foundation in electrical products and ability to translate complexity into customer value Experience thriving in cross‐functional, matrix organizations and driving execution Data‐driven mindset leveraging Vo C and market intelligence to shape strategy Fluent in English and Italian; willingness to travel up to 40–50% Requisiti fondamentali competitive total rewards package salary range EUR 55,200–EUR 80,960 gross per year
