Experteer Overview As a Technical Consultant in Salesforce Professional Services, you will lead design and delivery of Salesforce platform solutions for enterprise clients. You'll work with cross-functional teams to implement integrations, architect solutions, and guide customers toward measurable success and adoption. Expect ongoing learning through certification and hands‐on coaching to become a Salesforce Domain Authority. This role blends hands‐on coding with strategic enablement, shaping outcomes for complex engagements. and negotiate complex solutions with stakeholders Build and nurture relationships with internal/external partners to support multi‐engagement growth Drive high client satisfaction (CSAT) through effective delivery and technical leadership Responsabilità 5 years of IT experience (minimum) Hands‐on technical and solution implementation experience in a relevant software domain Programming experience in object‐oriented languages Ability to analyze and optimize business processes via technology and integration Capability to support customers and project teams in adopting new technologies Ability to work independently and in distributed teams Good presentation, communication, and facilitation skills Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally internationally Degree or equivalent relevant experience Proficiency in English and Italian; strong REST/SOAP API design understanding; knowledge of microservices and event‐driven architectures Strong background in object‐oriented programming (e.g., Ja
