Experteer Overview In this role within the Secondaries Value Stream, you will support and manage engineering activities for legacy hydraulic/mechanical actuation equipment, addressing technical issues and delivering design solutions with high-quality documentation. You will collaborate across functions to support maintenance, service, and overhauls, and contribute to improvements while undergoing onboarding with the Helicopter Value Stream in Brugherio. You'll act as a technical focal point, shaping product modifications and ensuring timely, compliant outcomes. This is a hands‐on role with meaningful impact on support and maintenance programs. Retribuzione / Benefits Serve as technical focal point for customers, internal stakeholders, and suppliers for assigned products Coordinate engineering activities with other departments, investigations,



and cost-reduction efforts while ensuring compliance with specifications Coordinate production/maintenance transfers between sites for the assigned products Evaluate product deviations and drive temporary and permanent resolution in collaboration with production and maintenance Assess modification requests and initiate relevant change processes Support maintenance activity documentation, warranty analysis, and product training activities Provide guidance to internal teams on maintenance, repair, and overhaul inquiries Report project status to Engineering Management and the Program Management Office and participate in design reviews as product lead Operate in line with company and customer quality standards and procedures Responsabilità Master in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering +4 years in a technical role related to hydraulic actuators or aerospace context Strong knowledge of engineering principles and mechanical design Familiarity with certification processes and engineering drawings Knowledge of project management (cost estimation, scheduling, risk management) Experience analyzing problems and deriving design solutions Un
