Experteer Overview As Sales Leader for Splunk in Rome, you will drive multi-year growth by leading an Enterprise Account Executive team and guiding portfolio strategy. You'll build strong relationships with a broad set of buyers, orchestrate cross‐portfolio solutions, and influence customer decisions to unlock upsell opportunities. You'll coordinate with partners and specialist teams to optimize the sales process and forecast‐driven plans for senior leadership. This role combines leadership, strategic account management, and hands‐on execution to scale revenue. You will shape the go‐to‐market and contribute to Cisco's growth in the Italian public sector landscape. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and develop a team of Account Executives managing a broad portfolio Drive revenue growth and portfolio profitability across the assigned region Manage executive‐level relationships with diverse stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CFO, etc.) Coordinate cross‐functional and partner resources to optimize the sales process Lead opportunity development, forecast reviews,



and data‐driven account strategies Oversee competitive analysis and translate insights into actionable tactics Plan joint activities with partner, virtual, and field teams for key accounts Conduct skill‐building workshops to improve quota attainment Maintain knowledge of the full Cisco product portfolio and align solutions to customer roadmaps Act as Account Orchestrator, driving cross‐portfolio growth and customer success metrics Refresh and align customer success metrics with sales tactics Responsabilità Managing a team of Account Executives in an Enterprise Sales environment Based in Rome Bachelor's degree with substantial related experience, or advanced degree with relevant experience 12+ years experience (or equivalent) in sales/industry, with supervisory experience (2+ years) Fluency in Italian and English Requisiti fondamentali #J-18808-Ljbffr
