Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead testing activities for Saa S delivery and upgrades, ensuring robust test coverage and smooth client outcomes. You'll drive continuous testing, test automation, and innovation within a global, collaborative team. You shape testing strategy across projects, work with clients to align expectations, and mentor peers to raise capability. This is a hands‐on leadership role focused on delivering reliable services and enabling client success. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead testing activities for implementation or upgrade projects with clear planning, execution, and reporting Coordinate test cycles with clients to align expectations and drive project success Perform in‐depth test analysis and design to cover complex business workflows Lead cross‐unit collaboration to reduce delivery dependencies and resolve impediments Own deviation management from detection to closure with high‐quality defect reporting Lead regular client meetings through the full testing lifecycle Mentor team members, contribute to Communities of Practice,



and support capability development Drive knowledge transfer, structured training, and cross‐team collaboration Responsabilità 5+ years in testing, business analysis, or consulting on complex/financial systems Extensive experience applying Agile frameworks at project level Experience in the financial domain, delivering testing/consulting for financial institutions or platforms Experience coordinating testing across multiple stakeholders Ability to support automation, efficiency, and AI strategy adoption in the team Proficient SQL and data analysis ISTQB or other relevant qualifications Upper‐intermediate English or above Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work with minimal supervision and in cross‐functional teams Requisiti fondamentali Attractive salary and premio scheme Work & life balance Tailored professional development Flexible/remote options Collaborative culture Growt
