ABOUT THE ROLE
You will configure operational workflows, digitalize safety‐critical procedures and preserve the plant's operational 'technical memory' across the five plant areas.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run requirements analysis and define the site operational model (units, shifts, roles, authorization matrix)
Configure the core modules: Operations Logbook, Shift Handover, Standing Orders, Operator Rounds
Configure Control of Work / Permit to Work (LOTO, SIMOPS), safety & compliance mapping and Management of Change
Set up Audit & Inspection management and the Knowledge Base
Define integrations (Event Manager with DCS/SCADA/PI, EAM, Digital Twin), dashboards, mobility, testing, training and go‐live
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR




Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in plant operations
5+ years in operations / functional consulting on operations‐management platforms in refinery or process plants
Knowledge of field processes (shifts, rounds, work permits)
Standards: Operations‐management and control‐of‐work / permit‐to‐work best practices; HSE alignment
Tools: Octave Tempo (formerly Hexagon j5)
Nice to have
Specific experience with Octave Tempo / Hexagon j5
Change management and adoption of digital field tools
LOCATION
Office or at Client's premises in Italy.
