The Role You'll be the first point of contact for students dreaming of studying abroad. Your job is to turn that dream into a decision — and you'll do it through sharp sales instincts, genuine relationship‐building, and relentless follow‐through. This is a high‐performance sales role with a clear path to leadership within 1–3 years, for those who earn it. What You'll Do Drive sales: Work our internal database to build and sustain a high‐converting, long‐term sales pipeline Excellent communication: Drive a high‐volume of inbound and outbound calls daily to potential students — comfortable being direct and persuasive Team spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitude Relationship building: Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year Collaborate globally:
