Sales Manager (Southern Italy) Up to €50,000 (dependent upon experience) Location: Southern Italy Our client is a leading manufacturer of advanced material solutions designed for comfort, durability and functionality, used across a broad range of sectors including building & construction, furniture, transport, healthcare and flooring. Role Overview The Sales Manager will strengthen the company's presence in Southern Italy by maintaining and expanding key accounts, maximizing the potential of the existing customer base, and building long‐term partnerships. The role involves increasing customer satisfaction, identifying new opportunities for collaboration, and contributing to the region's growth and success. Responsibilities Strengthen the company's presence in Southern Italy through key account maintenance and expansion. Maximise the potential of the existing customer base and build long‐term partnerships.
Increase customer satisfaction and identify new collaboration opportunities. Contribute to regional growth and success. Qualifications Strong B2 B sales background, especially in key account management and customer retention. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Self‐motivated, resilient, and results‐driven mindset. Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales data and market trends. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office. Fluency in English and Italian. Valid driving licence for extensive travel across Southern Italy. Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is desirable. Experience in the foam or industrial products sector preferred. Familiarity with Italian market dynamics, supply chain processes, and sales forecasting advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
