Experteer Overview You will own and grow strategic OEM accounts in Italy, leveraging Angst+Pfister's engineering capabilities to win multi‐year projects. You'll develop a strong pipeline, pursue new high‐potential opportunities, and align sealing solutions with customer needs. In this role you will collaborate across engineering and management to deliver tailored, high‐impact solutions. This is a high‐visibility, growth‐focused role with direct influence on our Italian market expansion. Retribuzione / Benefits Own key OEM customers in Italy and develop high‐potential new accounts Build and manage a solid, multi‐year sales pipeline of strategic projects Drive profitable growth by acquiring and closing new projects using the company's engineering capabilities Develop tailor‐made sealing solutions aligned to customer requirements Identify,



approach and win new strategic customers in the Italian market with a hunting mindset Foster long‐term relationships through regular visits, structured account management, and proactive issue resolution in coordination with internal teams Responsabilità Master's degree in Business with a technical focus and/or Master's degree in Engineering Minimum 5 years of successful B2 B sales experience with a track record of growth and complex projects Strong technical expertise in sealing technologies and proven profitable growth in Italy Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (engineering, purchasing, management) Proven ability to build trust, negotiate at senior level, and win complex, solution‐driven business Entrepreneurial mindset, results‐driven, accountable Proficiency in Italian and fluent in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
