Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Accounting and Administration function to ensure robust, compliant financial operations across our European footprint. You will mentor a small team, coordinate with external auditors, and partner with cross‐functional teams to keep data accuracy and timely financial processes. The position combines people leadership with hands‐on accounting and tax oversight to support diverse business units. You will shape processes, ensure ERP and CRM data integrity, and drive compliant reporting that supports growth and strategy. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead the Accounting and Administration function ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance Oversee statutory financial statements and consolidated reporting with external auditors Supervise procure‐to‐pay and order‐to‐cash cycles including invoicing and revenue operations Ensure data integrity across ERP (Netsuite) and CRM (Hubspot) Coordinate administrative processes for B2 B/B2 C contracts and timely execution Provide timely, compliant documentation for legal, audit,



and tax purposes Mentor and develop a two‐person team and drive process efficiency Act as main contact for external accountants, tax advisors, and auditors in Italy, Spain, and Denmark Collaborate with internal teams to align workflows, deadlines, and data accuracy Responsabilità 8+ years of experience in administration and finance Leadership experience at a similar-sized organization (~100 people) Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory compliance Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements including consolidated accounts Proficiency with ERP systems (ideally Netsuite) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with Hubspot and order‐to‐cash processes Ability to operate in unstructured contexts with ownership Experience managing and developing small teams Native Italian and professional English proficiency Based in Milan or regular presence at Milan office Requisiti fondam
