Join us and help run what runs the world.This position reports to:Service Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guide-lines. Each day, you will plan and execute work with a first-time right approach with customers. You will also showcase your expertise by displaying a clear sense of urgency and care in your area of responsibility.The work model for the role is: #LI-onsiteThis role is contributing to the Motion Service business area (Drives –Medium Voltage) in Italy.Main stakeholders are customers, service teams, project managers and technical support functions.You will be mainly accountable for:Working with the customer (while on-site)



to identify opportunities to improve operations and eliminate pain pointsPerforming field service tasks on medium voltage drives, identifying technical issues, and carrying out analysis both remotely and on-siteExecuting installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities on medium voltage drivesPreparing material lists needed for service activities and ensuring all materials, parts, and equipment are available and compliant with quality standardsTroubleshooting equipment and process failures, proposing corrective actions, and making recommendations to prevent recurrenceDelivering service interventions with a first-time right approach, ensuring timely and high-quality executionPreparing service reports and technical documentation to be validated by the customerOperating in full compliance with ABB safety policies and customer requirementsTraveling frequently across Italy and abroad for service activities and trainingQualificatio
