We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team based in Firenze
Our Retail channel is very dynamic and growing quickly, and is central for the development of our company, with direct stores in Italy,



UK and US and planned openings in other European countries. It's a great opportunity for an ambitious talent who wants to make a difference in the Retail world.

Support in training the team and new entries in collaboration with the Store Manager.
Support in monitoring store KPIs and performance, store calendar (shifts, orders, forecast and inventory management) in order to reach store goals.
Support in executing visual merchandising guidelines and layouts.
Former experience in an international retail-oriented company will be considered a plus.

~ Ability to create and develop data-driven business strategies.
~ International mindset, fluent in Italian and English.
