Experteer Overview In this role you will lead cost management for a hyperscale data centre project in Rome, partnering with the delivery team and stakeholders to drive accurate forecasting and financial reporting. You will oversee procurement, contract administration, and commercial performance of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring budget control and risk management. The role requires close collaboration with clients and design teams to meet commercial objectives while upholding health, safety and quality standards. This position offers exposure to Europe's advanced data-centre program and opportunities for professional growth within a leading international contractor. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead cost management activities for the data centre project with accurate forecasting and financial reporting Manage procurement, contract administration, and commercial performance of subcontractors and suppliers Oversee budget control, valuations, change management, and risk management processes Liaise with clients, design teams,



and project managers to meet commercial objectives Provide strategic cost-related advice and value engineering opportunities Produce accurate, timely cost reports and financial updates for senior leadership Ensure all commercial activities align with health, safety, and quality standards Responsabilità Proven experience as Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor on data centres or other mission-critical projects Fluent in Italian (spoken and written) – essential for client and site team communication Strong track record on projects in Switzerland with knowledge of local regulations and standards Excellent understanding of mechanical and electrical (M&E;) cost management Experience with international forms of contract, including NEC and FIDIC EU passport or unrestricted right to work in Italy (mandatory) Available to start within 2–4 weeks Requisiti fondamentali rotation package flights accommodation living allowance #J-18808-Ljbffr
