Experteer Overview As a BIM Team Lead on hyperscale data centre projects, you will drive BIM coordination and delivery across live installations. You'll lead a multidisciplinary BIM team on‐site, ensuring model integrity, clash resolution, and alignment with BEP standards and client expectations. You will coordinate with subcontractors, design teams, site engineers, and project leaders to deliver coordinated models, drawings, and schedules while pushing digital BIM innovation. This is a senior, hands‐on leadership role focused on delivering complex MEP installations in a live environment. Your work will directly impact project efficiency, safety, and commissioning readiness.
