What you will do
Under the supervision of the Head of Business Development & Sustainability, you will structure and develop the Green Power, Data Center, and BESS flexibility business, focusing on:
Data Center: Develop proposals for Data Center, structuring co‐siting solutions to supply data centers.
Hybrid PPA (PV, Wind, BESS): Develop hybrid PPA solutions targeting 24/7 solutions for mature clients and data centers.
Green Power PPAs: From onboarding to deal signature, manage relationships and negotiate terms for Italian upstream PPA with third‐party developers and ENGIE projects.
Cooperate with downstream sales team to structure downstream PPA offers.
BESS/Flex Tolling: From onboarding to deal signature,
develop tolling/flex optimization opportunities with third‐party developers.
Develop and refine pricing models and collaborate with the power portfolio and pricing team.
Monitor legislative and market structural changes affecting the Italian markets.
Provide technical market knowledge and commercial support to implement contracts properly and coordinate stakeholders.
About You
More than 5 years of experience in the energy market with a track record in structured origination, especially Italian green power deals.
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline (engineering, economics, finance, etc.).
Solid knowledge of the Italian power system, markets, and regulatory context.
Knowledge of pricing models, risk metrics, physical and financial energy products and contracts (PPA, Tolling, etc.).
Strong structuring and negotiation skills.
Analytical and result‐oriented with a hands‐on approach.
