Understand and support budgetary requirements to increase store profitability.
Manage and maintain a safe working environment for customers and employees.
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health & safety and employment legislation.
Partner with the operations manager and implement action plans to minimize shrink and improve store compliance.
Communicate, engage, and energize the team to maximize performance service metrics such as employee survey and forecast results.
Recognize and reward great service and performance.
Create a customer‐first culture within all store activities.
Observe, coach, and share product knowledge & selling skills to drive key metrics: sales, conversion, and units per transaction.
Optimize opportunities to increase sales, capture customer data, and increase customer loyalty.
