Resident Service Technician – Mantova
Resident Service Technician at KNAPP Italia will carry out reactive maintenance and scheduled preventive maintenance tasks for a global sportswear and fashion client located in Mantova (MN). The technician ensures high availability of the automated system and works in alternating shifts as part of a resident team.
- Perform servicing on all parts of the system while observing health and safety practices.
- Intervene quickly when errors occur and troubleshoot efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with team members and use troubleshooting information for continuous improvement.
- Support the continual improvement process by providing feedback and suggestions based on observed issues.
- Ensure high availability of equipment.

Qualifications
- Qualification in electrics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, IT or automation.
- Experience in maintenance tasks.




- Ability to read and understand mechanical layouts and circuit diagrams.
- Experience working in a workshop environment.
- Fluency in Italian and preferably English.
