Experteer Overview In this role you will shape procurement strategy for GEA's Parma operations, collaborating with category managers to drive value and supplier excellence. You'll lead negotiations, manage RFQs, and guide supplier selection to support cost efficiency and innovation. You'll develop suppliers, resolve issues, and advance automation and digital tools within a local and cross-functional procurement context. Retribuzione / Benefits Collaborate with category managers to implement procurement strategies Lead negotiations, manage RFQs, and award decisions Select and develop suppliers; identify growth opportunities Resolve supplier issues (quality, delivery, service) proactively Partner with local procurement teams to optimize purchasing processes Monitor and communicate supplier performance Drive automation, digitalization, and tool improvements Ensure cost efficiency,



availability, and innovation in procurement Adapt and implement catalogs and framework contracts at divisional/regional level Responsabilità Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics Experience in procurement processes Strong background in contract and quality management Solid expertise in cost analysis and management Experience in complex/matrix organizations and corporate procurement strategies Market analysis and supplier relationship management skills Fluent in English, with analytical, problem‐solving, and strategic thinking abilities Strong negotiation, commercial, and interpersonal skills Availability for business travel Advanced Excel and Power Point skills Requisiti fondamentali international environment career growth and personal development values innovation, sustainability, and excellence Top Employer certified #J-18808-Ljbffr
