Experteer Overview As Engineering Manager, you lead and mentor a growing team responsible for the Cilium networking project's engineering efforts, security and observability features. You will partner with cross-functional peers to deliver high-quality software while preserving engineering culture during scale. You'll influence technical direction, performance, and collaboration across time zones. This role offers the chance to shape networking technologies at scale in a security‐focused, cloud‐native environment.

Responsabilità 3+ years of Engineering Management experience
