We are looking for a Legal Manager who, reporting directly to the K-Way Head of Legal, will support and manage contract drafting and negotiation, ensure compliance and risk management, and advise internal stakeholders on legal matters across various staff functions.
Approximately 5-7 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a corporate legal department or a law firm specializing in commercial law.
Strong expertise in contract law, with proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
Experience with agency, distribution, and/or commercial lease contracts is a plus.
Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
High-energy, impactful professional with a strong team spirit.
Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including but not limited to agency, distribution, commercial lease agreements, vendor contracts, service agreements, and NDAs.
Commercial Law: Provide legal advice on various commercial law matters affecting the company's operations, including consumer law, e-commerce, and intellectual property.
