The Role
You'll be the first point of contact for students dreaming of studying abroad. Your job is to turn that dream into a decision — and you'll do it through sharp sales instincts, genuine relationship-building, and relentless follow-through. This is a high-performance sales role with a clear path to leadership within 1–3 years, for those who earn it.
What You'll Do
- Drive Sales: Work our internal database to build and sustain a high-converting, long-term sales pipeline
- Excellent Communication: Drive a high-volume of inbound and outbound calls daily to potential students — you're comfortable being direct and persuasive
- Team Spirit: Motivate yourself and your team to reach individual and team sales goals with a positive, competitive attitude
- Relationship building: Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year
- Collaborate globally: Work closely with our international sales and campus teams to deliver the best student experience

Who You Are
- You're a natural closer — you know how to read people and move conversations forward




- Fluent in Italian and working fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Full working rights in Europe — no sponsorship required
- Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude — you figure things out, you don't wait for someone to hand you answers
- You've lived, studied, or worked abroad — you get what we sell because you've lived it (a plus)
- Additional languages? A definite advantage in our multicultural environment
