Experteer Overview As an Application Sales Specialist for the west Italy region, you drive sustainable revenue growth by pairing Nordson EFD's product portfolio with customer needs or creating demand through deep application knowledge. You will work within a collaborative team to develop solutions, deliver demonstrations, and support customers from quote to delivery. You will actively build and maintain relationships, promote the brand, and contribute to regional growth through targeted sales activities. This role offers impact across projects and events, with a focus on customer success. Retribuzione / Benefits Sell Nordson EFD systems and provide technical support to customers and market development Engage in solution-based selling from needs discovery to project follow-up, installation support and training Prepare system application offers and quotes, manage data in C4 C CRM,



and coordinate with the Italy Sales Team Leader Promote Nordson EFD portfolio and applications to achieve annual revenue growth Maintain relationships throughout project lifecycle and generate future sales; identify top growth prospects Report leads, feedback and competitive activity to appropriate contacts Set monthly sales plans and forecasts with the Sales Team Leader Italy and manage own activities Support sales growth initiatives such as campaigns, roadshows, events and trade shows in Italy Utilize tailgate and demo products for local trials and demonstrations and present professionally to customers Responsabilità Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Automotive, Material Science or Engineering, General Technical Education, Sales, Marketing or equivalent Minimum of 3 years of field and phone B2 B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills Fluent Italian; strong English written and spoken; additional languages a plus Analytical and strategic thinking; ability to handle technical queries and plan long-term actions In
