Overview As Product Manager for Emergency Lighting, you drive growth of the Life Safety portfolio by collaborating with engineering, operations, marketing, and sales. You own the full product lifecycle from ideation to sunset, ensuring financial performance, cost control, and market competitiveness. You will define a global strategic direction, manage NPIs through PROLaunch, and support sales strategies across countries. You'll engage stakeholders, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance with standards. This role offers meaningful impact in a global, sustainability-focused portfolio. Responsibilities Drive growth and lifecycle management of the Life Safety portfolio Develop and execute a global strategic direction aligned with Eaton's growth goals Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from development to obsolescence and aftermarket Lead NPIs via Eaton's PROLaunch process with Project Managers Support and validate sales strategy for NPIs across countries Train stakeholders and enable external partners or customers Conduct VOC to identify market trends and user experience Monitor competition and technologies; stay informed on new products and services Collaborate with certification to anticipate product standards and support sales on projects Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Eng. or equivalent Comprehensive experience in a similar role Experience in commercial and/or Project Management preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong analytical skills and business acumen Intercultural awareness and customer/business relations Digital mindset English at business level Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits package Internal promotion opportunities Growth and development via Eaton University Focus on reliability, safety, and sustainability Wellbeing and health initiatives Dynamic collaborative team #J-18808-Ljbffr
