Who We Are Looking For
We are currently looking for a brilliant and motivated new resource to join our Group Business Controlling team at the Padova HQ. The internship will last 6 months and offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the eyewear industry, supporting key business analysis and controlling activities.
As a Business Controlling Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Support the main activities of the Group Business Controlling unit, working together a young talented team;
- Update and maintain daily analysis to capture and flag key deviations vs Budget/Previous Year, having the possibility to monitor our Group performance among several dimensions like: Brands, Markets, and Channels;
- Perform Profitability Analysis by Market/Customer/Brand/Product to identify areas of improvement;
- Support the monthly process of Forecast and Budget review;
- Develop in-depth knowledge of a multinational organization and key processes led by the Group Controlling;
- Support the Finance & Controlling Manager and executives with ad-hoc analysis.
You Are The Person We Are Looking For If
- You hold a university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, or Statistics;
- You are fluent in English;
- You have excellent skills in Excel;
- You possess an analytical mi
