The Chef de Partie is familiar with the various kitchen sections and demonstrates a strong sense of teamwork. They operate in full alignment with our company philosophy, brand standards, and standard operating procedures, helping to foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Main responsibilities include
- :Supporting the kitchen team in preparing the mise en place and ensuring a clean, organized workstation at all times
- ;Maintaining professional, respectful, and ethical interactions with colleagues, suppliers, and guests
- ;Demonstrating a proactive team spirit and actively contributing to a culture of cooperation and mutual support
- ;Ensuring full compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations, including fridge temperature checks, proper food labeling, station sanitation, and appropriate use of cleaning and hygiene products
- ;Monitoring the proper use, care, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and tools provided
- ;Actively participating in training sessions and consistently applying the knowledge and techniques acquired
