Experteer Italy is seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy for the OneFinance 2026 program. This role involves managing a dedicated Test Management team to shape test governance across multiple streams. The successful candidate will design test automation frameworks and ensure quality gate compliance in a highly international environment.
Candidates should have 5-7 years in IT test management, strong skills in defect management, and be fluent in English and Italian. Flexible working options are available.
