Experteer Overview In this role you join Generali's Group Head Office Thematic Audit to conduct insurance business audits across Life, Non-Life, Pension, and Reinsurance. You will ensure alignment with audit methodology, risk management, and EU/Italian requirements, while supporting documentation and reporting for leadership. You will develop risk‐based audit programs and contribute to data analytics efforts. This role offers exposure to cross-country audits within a global insurer and the chance to shape internal controls and processes. Retribuzione / Benefits Conduct insurance audits across Life, Non-Life, Pension, Reinsurance, and Distribution, including Head Office and cross‐country scopes Ensure compliance with internal audit standards and external regulatory requirements (Italian/European) Assist in preparing management documentation,



quarterly and ad hoc reports Perform risk assessments and develop risk‐based audit programs Contribute to data analytics analyses and testing Support the Audit Manager/Head in ongoing BAU activities and documentation Present findings and improvement recommendations to stakeholders, including senior staff Responsabilità Bachelor or Master in Economics, Finance or Actuarial 4–5 years of hands‐on audit experience or related insurance domain exposure Knowledge of Insurance processes and products (life, health, P&C;, reinsurance) and EU IDD/POG regulations Ability to evaluate internal controls and perform risk assessments and audits Strong written and oral communication skills for complex information for diverse audiences Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Access) Interest in AI tools Fluent English Nice to have: professional certification (ACCA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CFSA) #J-18808-Ljbffr
