Experteer Overview As Refrigeration Marketing Offer Manager, you shape and commercialize Eliwell's refrigeration portfolio. You'll translate market insights into compelling value propositions, GTM plans, and enablement actions, working with sales, product management, and technical teams to ensure relevance and differentiation. You drive the offer lifecycle across cabinets, counters, cold rooms, condensing units, racks, and connected monitoring solutions. This role combines market-driven strategy with cross-functional execution to grow the portfolio and impact across markets. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage the refrigeration offer portfolio across its full lifecycle from market assessment to phase-out Define value propositions, offer positioning, and segment focus for the refrigeration range Analyze market trends, customer needs,



and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities Translate insights into actionable recommendations for offer development and commercial focus Support development and execution of go-to-market plans for new offers and portfolio updates Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to align on launch priorities and messaging Monitor offer performance using data-driven insights to refine positioning and actions Contribute to continuous improvement of offer management, launch processes, and cross-functional collaboration Responsabilità Bachelor in Engineering or related field Experience in product marketing, offer management, product management, or segment marketing, preferably in refrigeration, HVAC/R, controls, electronics, or industrial technology Ability to translate technical features into customer-focused value propositions and commercial messaging Familiarity with portfolio lifecycle management, product launches, and cross-functional coordination Strong understanding of market analysis, competitive intelligence, and customer insight application Experience in international, matrix organizations is a plus Strong English and Italian
