Overview Experteer Overview In this role you lead Occupational Health services for Italy within Amazon's WHS/GMH framework. You advise external OH providers and internal stakeholders, ensuring compliance with local regulations and global standards. You define and monitor health metrics to drive program improvements and mitigate workplace health risks. You shape Italy-wide health programs and policies through cross-functional collaboration, delivering large-scale impact on employee well-being and safety. Responsibilities Provide strategic direction for external Occupational Health services in Italy and ensure regulatory compliance Serve as the occupational health subject matter expert to internal stakeholders and local authorities Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation changes and ensure policy alignment with Amazon and local regulations Define,
