Experteer Overview In this role you will help shape the Labour rate framework for the GCAP JV from its early phase, partnering with a multinational team to define cost principles and monitor performance. You will develop and refine simulations, analyse cost drivers, and deliver reporting to senior budget holders. The position offers exposure to a high-impact, cross-functional environment where you can influence cost structures and performance during a critical lifecycle. This opportunity suits a candidate who adapts quickly and communicates complex financial concepts clearly.
Retribuzione / Benefits Analyse Edgewing organisation and activities to understand operative costs and cost drivers in collaboration with the Cost Base analyst
Define the principles underlying labour rates across Edgewing, run simulations, and align the mechanism with Edgewing and GCAP Agency
Produce monthly under/over recovery analysis (actuals vs budget/forecast) to identify drivers of efficiency and performance (throughput, utilisation)
Support performance optimisation by delivering regular and ad-hoc reports to senior budget holders
Assist price investigations via deep dive into the organisation's cost structure
Contribute to optimisation initiatives through ad-hoc work as required
Responsabilità Relevant financial qualification (or studying towards it)
Strong academic background and track record
Experience of cost and management accounting
Good understanding of key drivers of organisational efficiency
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across seniorities and backgrounds, conveying financial concepts simply
Problem solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment
