Senior Project Controls Engineer (Cost Control & Scheduling) – Pharmaceutical CAPEX Project Esperienza, qualifiche e soft skill: possiede tutti i requisiti per avere successo in questa possibilità? Lo scopra qui sotto. We are supporting a global pharmaceutical manufacturer on the delivery of a major CAPEX expansion project at their manufacturing facility in Latina, Italy. The project is currently progressing through execution and commissioning phases, with a second major expansion project expected to commence shortly. As a result, we are seeking an experienced Project Controls professional capable of supporting both Cost Control and Project Scheduling activities across the project lifecycle. Location: Latina, Italy (minimum 3 days per week onsite)Duration: Long-term programme (24+ months)Start: ASAP / July 2026 Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated project schedules throughout construction, commissioning and handover phases Manage project cost tracking, forecasting and reporting activities Support project leadership with schedule analysis,



progress reporting and risk identification Coordinate with engineering, construction and commissioning teams to ensure alignment of project controls deliverables Produce regular project performance reports and KPI updates Support cashflow forecasting and budget monitoring activities Assist with project planning for future expansion phases Requirements 8+ years of Project Controls experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or highly regulated manufacturing environments Strong xpavfwm experience across both project scheduling and cost control functions Advanced Primavera P6 experience Experience supporting construction, commissioning and qualification activities Strong understanding of project reporting, forecasting and earned value principles Excellent stakeholder management skills Italian language skills preferred Please apply directly or send a CV to if you are available and interested to discuss the full project detail
