Overview In this role you will lead change management and project controls for capital projects in the pharmaceutical/high-tech manufacturing sector, partnering with project teams to ensure robust procedures and risk handling. You will drive monthly reviews, cost forecasting, and contingency planning to keep programs on track. This position offers exposure to complex matrix environments and cross‐functional collaboration, with a focus on delivering impactful outcomes for clients. You will work to standardize change processes and support project leadership with timely insights and reporting. Benefits Manage project change management logs and processes,



including monthly reviews with leadership and SMEs Develop project control procedures and solutions for capital project delivery Lead monthly risk management processes and reporting to project leadership Support contingency development and drawdown planning Coordinate change management cadence (weekly/monthly) with regular leadership reporting Audit changes for alignment with subcontractor agreements and project procedures Coordinate with project controls to incorporate changes and risks into cost forecasts and schedules Responsibilities Bachelor's degree (engineering/architecture/construction management or related field preferred) Proven experience in project controls, change and/or risk management Experience in complex matrix environments Construction industry experience required Exemplary communication and reporting skills (oral and written) Equal Opportunity We are an equal opportunity employer.
