Experteer Overview In this role you will provide end-to-end technical support for EFI's digital printers, both on-site and remotely, and travel to support customers globally. You will train end-users, calibrate and demo systems at tradeshows, and relay feedback to R&D; to improve products. You'll work closely with customers to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations, contributing to EFI's leadership in print technology. This opportunity suits a proactive engineer who thrives in a fast-moving, globally-connected service environment.

Responsabilità Technical degree or equivalent experience in digital and electronic technology for industrial printers
Two or more years of experience in field engineering positions on digital machines and electronic devices
Availability for extensive travel at short notice
Knowledge of inkjet printing technology in water-based ink
Knowledge of RIP software and color management
Knowledge of color theory and materials/chemicals
Knowledge of textile digital machine processes
Good communication skills and customer-focused
Fluent in Italian and English
Self-motivating personality that can independently manage a large service territory
Knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Windows, and Linux operating systems
