Internship in Reservation Department (stage nel reparto Reservation)
We are looking for talented, passionate and motivated candidates to join our crew for the 2026 season. This role is ideal for aspiring leaders in hospitality, who want to develop their skills and pursue a growth path. The intern will be introduced by the Reservation Manager and crew, supporting operations and learning the specific functions of the department. The internship includes a reimbursement of expenses.
Location
Positions are open at our 4‑ and 5‑star property locations in Sardinia, Calabria, Puglia, Sicily, and Abruzzo.
Objectives of the Internship
- Collaborate in the management of booking, sales, and guest assistance activities.
- Support the preparation of quotations.
- Support the entry of bookings and data entry into the company management system.
- Support the allocation of rooms and guest transfers.
- Collaborate in complaint management, coordinating with other departments to meet guest requests promptly.
- Manage contacts with travel agencies.
Specific Knowledge and Training
- Previous experience (even if brief) in hotel, villages, and resorts.
- Diploma or degree preferably in tourism.
- Good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Excellent relational and standing skills.
- Problem‑solving ability combined with a positive and constructive attitude.
- Willingness to learn, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
- Team‑working ability.
- Reliability, responsibility, and proactivity in completing assigned tasks.
- Constant desire to grow and measure oneself in a highly professional environment aimed at the highest service standards.
- Availability to relocate for the summer season.
- Knowledge of English or another language besides Italian is a preferred qualification.
