Experteer Overview In this role you will shape and guide Gen AI/Agentic AI solutions for Allianz's Claims domain, aligning business needs with architecture and AI governance. You will contribute to evolving the IT Claims platform from Mainframe to Java, with cloud integration and AI-enhanced automation. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to define blueprints, ensure security and compliance, and drive scalable, robust solutions. This position offers the chance to influence a critical, AI-enabled claims ecosystem and participate in a strategic platform transformation. Retribuzione / Benefits Ideate, design, and define architectures for Agentic Gen AI solutions in the Claims domain (user-facing and IT-side automation). Translate business and IT needs into Gen AI blueprints, including orchestration, LLM integration, and guardrails within regulatory requirements. Extend and integrate existing solutions across on-premises and cloud, enhancing scalability, robustness, and security. Analyze live solutions and guide platform evolution to meet business objectives.
Design and develop architectural solutions using Java to support cloud-based evolution. Apply Dev Ops practices to enable continuous delivery and integration. Responsabilità Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities with a problem-solving mindset. Hands‐on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures (LLM orchestration, RAG, multi‐agent frameworks like Lang Chain or Auto Gen) and enterprise integration. Ability to assess AI use cases for business value and technical feasibility, addressing security, compliance, and explainability. Experience coordinating and guiding technical teams and driving cross‐workstream alignment. Proven system integrator with adaptability in project management. Knowledge of Java architectures, microservices, and cloud-based solutions. Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and integrating diverse components.
