The Client Advisor is responsible for providing exceptional, personalized service to clients to maximize sales and achieve business objectives. They focus on building personalized experiences with clients, understanding their unique preferences to recommend suitable products and services, and offering expert guidance during their shopping experience. Job responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, personalized relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. Utilize client information, such as preferences and purchasing history, to tailor recommendations and enhance the shopping experience. Proactively engage with clients through various communication channels, including in-store visits, phone calls, and digital platforms. Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the store's product offerings, retail environment and competitors. Provide expert assistance and guidance to clients during their shopping experience, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Contribute actively to the business objectives by achieving sales targets (contribution to the store KPIs). Regularly input and update customer information in the CRM system to track interactions, preferences, and purchase history, enabling personalized engagement and identification of new sales opportunities for maximizing revenue. Deliver exceptional client experience, creating a memorable experience for clients visiting the store. Ensure that aftercare service is followed and issues are resolved in an elegant manner. Collaborate with fellow Client Advisors and store management to share client insights, product feedback, and best practices. Maintain a well-organized, visually appealing store environment that attracts and retains clients. Compliance and data management: apply all compliance regulations and guidelines from HQ concerning client data and store operations. Profile Relevant work experience
