Overview As a Fund Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, coordinating a cross-functional service model to support their funds. You'll act as the main client contact, anticipate risks, and deliver accurate financial reporting and NAV calculations. You will manage investor servicing, tax coordination, and relationships with service providers, auditors, and banks. This role sits at the center of execution and client satisfaction within Alter Domus' investment administration practice. You'll contribute to growth and risk control while supporting a diverse, cross-border client base. Responsibilities Oversee a portfolio of clients and act as central client contact Identify and anticipate risk areas and provide suitable solutions Handle fund accounts, periodic financial and regulatory reports, and NAV calculations Coordinate investor servicing activities (onboarding, capital calls, distributions, shareholder statements) Coordinate tax returns and balances with tax partners Manage relationships with service providers, auditors,



law firms, banks, and fund managers Qualifications / Requirements 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in Italian Alternative Investment Fund Administration (Italian Real Estate Funds or Private Equity Funds) Italian Fund Accounting background and experience is a must Experience with NAV calculation, Financial Statements, Transfer Agent, and Investor servicing Regulatory reporting and tax compliance experience IFRS understanding is an asset YARDI or Real Estate Accounting tools experience is an asset Fluency in Italian and English Team spirit and leadership capabilities Requisiti fondamentali flexible arrangements generous holidays, plus an additional day off for your birthday continuous mentoring along your career progression Active sports, events and social committees Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Share Plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
