Experteer Overview As Warranty Manager for BS New Projects in Spain and Italy, you will lead warranty governance and service excellence for product and service warranties. You will develop policies, analyze data, and drive improvements that reduce cost and enhance customer satisfaction. You will coordinate with suppliers, cross-functional teams, and management to implement warranty strategies and ensure regulatory compliance. This role offers global exposure and a focus on scalable, data-driven warranty processes that impact customer trust and business profitability. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and implement warranty policies and procedures Analyze warranty data to identify trends and improvement opportunities Coach staff on warranty processes and ensure knowledge transfer Monitor and audit warranty repairs and claim processing Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations Process warranty claims and issuances Resolve customer service issues related to warranties Maintain and update warranty databases and records Prepare and submit warranty reports and metrics Analyze reports to identify issues and propose solutions Perform warranty cost and risk analysis Conduct periodic warranty audits and monitor performance Responsabilità University degree in Engineering preferred, or equivalent technical background Experience in warranty management within an industrial or technical environment Strong process-oriented mindset with ability to standardize and improve workflows Problem-solving and analytical skills with a structured approach Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Customer service orientation and focus on quality of execution Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams High attention to detail and accuracy in data and reporting Ability to anticipate issues and proactively propose solutions Proficiency in common business software (Excel/ERP tools is a plus) Fluent
