Experteer Overview In this Mechanical Engineer role at Lilly's Sesto Fiorentino site, you will help manage production lines across Packaging, Formulation, Filling, or Visual Inspection to optimise efficiency, safety, and quality. You will work within a cross-functional team to translate production plans into actionable equipment setup and maintenance activities. The role focuses on continuous improvement, data-driven decision making, and ensuring compliance with standards. This is a hands‐on position with impact on line performance, maintenance planning, and supplier collaboration. Retribuzione / Benefits Develop in-depth understanding of the production process and associated documentation Configure equipment setups to align with production plans Prepare operating procedures and share best practices across teams Lead root cause analysis for process anomalies and provide initial problem-solving Collaborate with Maintenance Manager for routine and special maintenance (IC/IL, predictive, corrective)
Perform specific interventions on production equipment and support predictive maintenance Analyze process data and manage KPIs (OEE, alarms, rejects, downtime, AQMS) Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Cap Ex projects Train and support operational and maintenance staff Manage spare parts inventory, reordering levels, codification, and interchangeability Plan and coordinate activities during shutdowns Assess HSE risks of maintenance interventions with Technical Team Interact with national and international suppliers for components and services Responsabilità Master's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Automation Engineering (or equivalent) 1-2 years of experience in production, engineering, or maintenance in structured companies Fluent in English (B2 or higher) Knowledge of maintenance fundamentals and KPIs, and basic metrology concepts #J-18808-Ljbffr
