CC2020 GE Avio S.r.l. is offering an exciting opportunity for aspiring leaders through its Operational Management Leadership Program (OMLP). This unique 2-year program involves three 8-month rotations, providing comprehensive training in technical and leadership skills within the aerospace sector.
Ideal candidates will possess a Master's degree in engineering and have a strong passion for aviation. Participants will engage in real-world operational challenges, focusing on continuous improvement and project management.
The position is based in Italy and requires fluency in English and Italian, along with a willingness to relocate domestically.
