We are looking for a senior Business Development Manager - C&I; to join our team. This full-time, home‐office role includes frequent business travel. Responsibilities Identify new business opportunities for EcoFlow products and design business development initiatives to expand sales channels. Analyze industry trends, identify prospects, and evaluate competitors' positions to develop sales strategies. Build long‐term partnerships with new solar sales channels in the EU market, focusing on Integrated Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage products. Maintain strong relationships with major European solar and renewable energy distributors. Take responsibility for Italian offline sales events, attend exhibitions, and conduct business forums. Plan and deliver sales and marketing activities to capture business opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase EcoFlow market share and achieve sales targets.



Requirements Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in sales and business development, preferably in new energy (solar/battery), power equipment tools, and on Integrated Commercial and Industrial Energy Storage products. Strong network with key solar distributors and a proven track record are desired. Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related field is preferred. Self‐driven, strong leadership skills, pragmatic, excellent and open communicator, and problem solver. Positive attitude, solution‐oriented approach, high cultural sensitivity, and ability to view situations from others' perspectives. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English (C1 level or above); additional European language fluency is a plus.
