Experteer Overview As a CO+I CE Field Service Engineer, you will safeguard data center operations by maintaining critical mechanical and electrical systems in leased facilities. You will work with cross‐functional teams and landlord partners to maximize CE availability while driving safety, efficiency, and compliance. Your role supports Microsoft's cloud services at scale, contributing to resilient infrastructure for billions of users. You will engage in continuous learning and collaboration to advance reliability and sustainability in a global data center portfolio. Retribuzione / Benefits Maximize CE availability with landlord partners and ensure operational efficiency Oversee day‐to‐day operations and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment in leased data centers (MOP/SOP/EOP reviews, RCAs, FMEAs, change governance)



Reduce high‐impact CE incidents and contribute to cost/energy efficiency initiatives Support emergency preparedness and incident escalation for facilities in leased data centers Coordinate CE audits and compliance verification; manage Power/Temperature/RH and SLA reporting Engage with Engineering Groups and Landlord partners; share best practices across the portfolio Mentor and share knowledge across data centers; seek training aligned with business goals Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and contribute to cross‐disciplinary efforts Responsabilità Bachelor's Degree or Technical College certification in mechanical or electrical engineering and/or services Experience on large‐scale industrial projects or data center environments Proficiency in English (written and spoken) Willingness to travel between sites; valid driver's license Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud Background Check and security screenings #J-18808-Ljbffr
