About the Role We're seeking a high‐energy, experienced Transformation Manager to play a pivotal role in bringing our Italian acquisitions together and accelerating the next phase of growth across Italy and Southern Europe. You'll sit at the centre of the integration and transformation agenda – working closely with the Italy & Southern Europe Country Leader,
the Chief Transformation Officer (CTx O), the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and their teams – to turn strategy into execution. This is a hands‐on, high‐impact role with real breadth: shaping integration plans, building the operating rhythm to deliver them, and project‐managing cross‐functional work across operations, sales and marketing. You'll need to be equally comfortable diving into detail at pace and stepping back to drive clarity, alignment and momentum at the leadership level. Key Responsibilities Integration support: Contribute to post‐merger integration efforts, helping to establish a combined organisation quickly and effectively to meet ambitious growth targets.
